The apartment hotel building is designed not only to accommodate guests in apartments but also to include a café area, a SPA zone with saunas, and a lounge for small celebrations. The building is being created with simple and modern forms, using high-quality and energy-efficient finishing materials. It will have 3 above-ground floors, with a total area of approximately 1500 m². The project is currently under construction.
