The company BG Būve announced its activities in the field of construction as a real estate developer. The most current development project at the moment is Rezidences UPE, currently 5 houses in the project have already found their new owners and the company is actively working on the further development of the 2nd phase of Rezidences UPE.
Rezidences UPE is a new energy-efficient premium-class private housing village in Pierīga, located just 20 kilometers from the center of Riga – in Upesciems. The laconic name of the project not only reflects the settlement in which it is located, but also the specific streets along which the unique, dark-colored buildings line the street.
