The construction of Plūmju and Upeņu Streets is the first phase of the Residences UPE village. The first phase works, which included the installation of underground utilities and providing access to all plots, have now been completed and commissioned. The total length of the streets is 350 meters. The second phase will involve asphalting both streets.
